this week i'm lusting over the gorgeous clothing at blackbird tees!  i love the simple prints, so cute! my favorite, however, is definitely the don't wait up jumper (shown above).  i may be ordering it relatively soon!

wednesday want - week 4: big deal clothing

 

this weeks wednesday want is the kings and queens of the party scene vest in navy from big deal clothing.  i love busy faded graphic tees and the graphics on this are so cool! definitely putting this on my wishlist :D  it's kiiiinda expensive for a vest at £14.99 but its worth it i reckon, if they made one with a white tee and black graphics i would so buy it!

wednesday want week 1: drop dead clothing

so today's wednesday want is on drop dead clothing! i'm always visiting their site and lusting after the clothing they sell.  i admit that a lot of the stuff they sell is way too bold for my taste but there are a few items i like:

1. spacewolf tee - £25.  this is probably my favourite of all their tees that they sell.  it has a nice cut and the image isn't too in your face, it's rather 'me' (:

2. brain eater dress - £30.  this dress is amazing but i think a little too 'out there' for me.  i would probably have difficulty putting it together in an outfit but i love it nonetheless!

3. war pig denim shorts - £35. these i loooooooove! denim shorts are a wardrobe staple for me, i wear them all the time and have now built up a collection of 5 pairs and counting!  but the drop dead ones are lovely, they are distressed nicely and the logo on the waistband is cute, it's a shame that they aren't really too pretty on the front, they're just a tad plain.

kay so, i'm at dads with nothing to do so might as well make a blog post..
now some readers may have heard of babycakes clothing.  i've known about the brand for ages and even met the creator, paul griffiths at the clothes show live in december '09 with jess, the susanna part of susanna valentine, (see picture above) but the clothes have always been a bit 'out there' for me.  i've bought 2 shirts from them before (1, 2. cant really see the shirt in the first pic!) but never really wore them.  however they have out a few new products and i love the hoodie they made!

i've been looking for a hoodie in a charcoal colour for aaages but haven't been able to find the right one.  i also have a mini obsession with pixels as i used to be involved in the pixelling community when i was younger and have always been interested in that area, so this hoodie is so perfect! the only problem is that it's like £40! ):  might put it on my christmas list just in case!

also, i bought a polaroid 600 camera a while back on ebay and have been looking at film for it.  the film was discontinued aaages ago so its completely overpriced now, at like £30 for 10 photos! it's a shame really, cause i love the old look of them and i wanna make a little display with them in my room, plus they'd be great to put into my photography portfolio when i go to A-level for experimentation with different cameras!  oh well, maybe i'll get round to treating myself one day..

aaaalso, i have decided that the 'sunday round up' isn't quite working out for me, i just don't know what sort of stuff i'm supposed to do! so i have decided to take some inspiration a la kaelah bee and do a mini monday mix!  i will post 5 tracks every monday of my favourite songs of the previous week to hopefully brighten up your monday!  however, i will not be doing them in download form because i could possibly get done in for it! i'll probably feature it in a mini player or several youtube videos embedded, what do you think?(:

sunday round up week 3: hide & seek clothing

so actually i'm finding these round up things kinda difficult! i'm not sure as to what to put into them, even though i came up with the idea haha.  so i have decided that it shall be the day where i post anything random that i like with a song or something, i dont know.  i also could feature people's shops etc. to help get the word around about their passions! :D if you have any interest in being featured please do contact me!

this week i have chosen to feature hide and seek clothing.  i stumbled across this store a few weeks ago and fell in love with everything!  i actually bought the wake up tshirt shown in the picture above to the left and it arrived the other day! you may not be able to see it but i am wearing it in the two pictures at the top!  it looks great if you layer it and shove on a check shirt on the top! :D  it's also insanely soft and comfortable to wear.  i bought the size medium and it's kinda baggy on me, as it is more of a size 12 whereas i am a size 8-10 but it's okay because i like my tshirts baggy(:  i also just noticed another tee on their site which i'm putting on my christmas list! it's the mountain logo tee and it's the picture above to the right.

but enough of that for now, if you have noticed, i have redesigned the whole site!  it is still a bit pinky and girly but it's a little more personal to me now, and any new jewellery i'm making will be too(: i spent quite a while with all the coding etc and i would really like your honest opinion if anyone is willing to share? thank you (:
